  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after we receive full payment (unless otherwise noted).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): approx 5-7 business days once order has shipped.

  • Expedited/Express Shipping: available at extra cost; timeframe depends on selected carrier.

  • International Shipping: if offered, delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping for U.S. orders over US$50.

  • Orders under US$50 have standard shipping rates, variable depending on location/weight.

  • Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your order via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • If we ship internationally, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, depending on your country.

  • Chic & Nifty is not responsible for delays caused by customs or customs inspections.

7. Delivery Issues & Delays

8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or within a reasonable timeframe for loss, with photos if applicable.

  • We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request changes or cancellations to your order before it has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

  • If item has shipped, you may need to follow the return process.
